“Just had mike out to the house (after firing western exterminators a month ago) I can't even begin to tell you the difference in service between the two. Mike shows up, explains a little of what he's going to be doing (which was significantly more than western would do - deweb eaves , patio furniture, etc, spray interior, exterior, and garage, AND spray outside away from the house as far as front sidewalk to keep ants down, as well as dropping some kind of crystals in the front and back yard to kill off any hatchlings of certain pests.) After explaining that, he asks me if I have any questions? I didn't really have any and had him go to work. While he's working inside, I asked him some questions about the materials he uses and his history in the trade. He explained that he had worked for a couple of the "big boys", that he was aware of many of the unscrupulous practices , and that he had started his own family business a little over 8 years ago. Anyway, super professional, excellent service, highly recommend . Oh ! And his pricing was better than the other companies ??”
