“Chris came to help fix a problem we were having with roaches, and discovered that we had a raccoon in our basement. We honestly have no idea at all. There was no signs to us that we had a raccoon. We don't spend a lot of time in there, but just hadn’t seen any signs. Joe only discovered it because he did a very thorough investigation of our property and house before deciding to treat the road problem. In doing so he discovered the raccoon. Not only did he get rid of the roaches, but he captured and removed the raccoon and did not charge us any additional money from his initial estimate. That was pretty damn amazing. Joe is quite a guy and pretty humorous to.”

“The pest has become too loud that we initially thought that we are housing a raccoon. We called the attention of this company at once. They came two days after we notified them and immediately started with their inspection. According to them, based on the droppings and the marking left behind, we do not have a raccoon but a large rat. They gave us some tips and recommended a good trapping device as well as a bait paste to deal with our problems on our own. They did not charge us for the service that we requested.”
