“Today at 2:20 PM Putnam Pest control guy shows up and tried to claim the complete opposite of what he said last time about the damage to my sneakers- last time it was agreed they’d been chewed, and now it’s normal wear and tear according to him, which is a lie. No normal wear and tear creates indented holes into the soles of someone’s shoes like craters into the moon. I have NEVER had a pair of sneakers do that before. Makes me think they took a pay off from the landlady so they can just keep milking the money to not deal with what ever is damaging my shoes, pants, socks, underwear, towels, and washclothes. Not professional at all. I told the guy to not come back since he can't come up with a solution and is now lying about my sneakers!”
