“There is nothing sweet about finding you have a honey bee problem! The person who came out [Derek] was professional and efficiently took care of the issue. He was running a little late, but called to let me know. Obviously, treatment times are inexact, and he did arrive close to the original appointment time. He charged a little less than the estimate I was given on the phone because the job was a bit easier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. The work is warranted for a year so I feel that I can safely say that the problem is resolved.”
