THEY CLAIM THEY CAME, KNOCKED ON THE DOOR, AND LEFT. I HAVE A 2 STORY HOUSE WITH A DOOR BELL. NO ONE RANG IT. NO ONE CALLED. I DIDN'T HEAR THE KNOCK. AND AFTER EXTENSIVELY PREPARING FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND TAKING OFF WORK, THEIR ANSWER WAS "OH WELL, YOU SHOULD HAVE ANSWERED WHEN WE KNOCKED. AND WE DON'T KNOW WHO TOLD YOU WE WOULD CALL FIRST. WE DON'T EVEN HAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER ON FILE. THIS IS WHY WE HAVE APPOINTMENTS FOR A REASON." OH OK, SO YOU SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, KNOCK, AND LEAVE. AND IT'S THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT????? UM, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE. GO ELSEWHERE. I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY, BEL-O TO BE EXACT, AND HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE VERY NEXT DAY FOR HALF THE COST. AND THEY WERE POLITE. AND AGREED TO CALL ME WHEN THEY WERE HEADING OUT. YOU KNOW...LIKE I POLITELY ASKED FOR THEM TO DO. SERVICE AND APPRECIATION GOES A LONG WAY BARNETTS. TAKE NOTES.”

“I had an unfortunate experience that caused me to have to call an exterminator. I had not used one before, so I picked Rottler by random through Google, but, boy, am I glad I did. A man came out right away (Denny) before the technician, inspected everything, we worked out a contract and a hopeful solution, and then Dwayne, the Field Technician, came out two days later. He walked me through what was going on, explained everything, showed me what was happening where, and did a very thorough job, and went above and beyond the call, I'm sure. He was just a fun guy to be around and made what was an awful situation for me pretty darn humorous. I really appreciated his expertise and knowledge of the situation, and especially how he made such a bad situation for me a lot better. Any time you can put humor into a situation, just makes the situation better, and Dwayne sure knows how to do that! I am so glad I picked Rottler. I signed a contract so they will be coming out every other month to make sure I am covered and none of the little creepy-crawlies get back in. I feel so much better!
