“SPM pest management came out to our home in 2016 to spray for pests, primarily spiders. While they were here they also gave advice on keeping mice out of the house. The treatment worked well and we were spider free! So this year, 2017, we decided to use them again. We were very disappointed this year. We continued to find live spiders even after several months. When we called to address this, we were told there may be a charge and they never called back to reschedule. We have seen them out in our country neighborhood several times without a word.
