“Schendel is supposed to be the best in pest control. Maybe they are, I don't know that yet. What I do know is that they are the worst in returning phone calls or arriving when they say they will. It's alright if they don't show though because they call you to let you know they won't be coming... wait... no they don't do that. You can call the office to find out what's going on and they will say they will call you back, but they won't. Maybe they are good at pest control, but in customer service they suck more than a black hole. If you have pests and want good company to take care of the situation and also want to be treated like an important customer... well find someone else... these guys don't really care if you use them or not.”

“I am unhappy with schneidel pest control. We have schedule to appointment with a sales representative who on the first appointment didnt show and I called hu. He forgot he had an appointment. So i rescheduled for the next day and he never showed up or called. I do not recommend this company.”
