“Great experience. I don’t do reviews, but I really liked these guys. The professionalism and integrity often missing from small businesses today. Dave the owner gave a quote ultimately honored it. So early in morning heard a noise in the chimney and it turned out an animal got stuck in vent between boiler and chimney. Called silver bullet because I didn’t know what it was in there and didn’t want to just pop it off and have an animal running around. Dave called to give me update on Technicial and was nice and professional. Eddy came inspected and when he was ready apprehend the animal after 15-20 minutes sounded like it went up and out of chimney. No charge wouldn’t even let me buy him dinner. 2 mins after he left it was back and I called Dave and Eddy came right back. Worked on it and determined it was a bird. He tried to catch it but bird would not come out and 45 min later I gave the ok to remove traps and vent and he got it out and it flew out of house through the back door. Very nice and thorough. Fair and respectable. Love these guys! Thanks again.”
