“I called for a termite inspection (WDO) and filled out their form. I gave them the address multiple times and notified them the home is in Bluewater Bay, both written and verbal. Everything was scheduled and confirmed. On the day of the inspection I called to confirm before leaving the hospital where my baby was...they said everything is on schedule and even told me the inspectors name who would meet me. I left my baby in the hospital and drove 1.5 hours to meet Southwind. 22 minutes before the inspection they called me to let me know they don't do termite inspections in Bluewater Bay. Now I need to find another inspector ASAP and have driven 3 hours (round trip) and spent way too much time away from my baby in the hospital. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. This appointment was scheduled with several days notice and verified by email and phone calls. There is no excuse for this oversight. If Southwind is cheaper, there is a good reason, they cut corners...go with another pest control company.”
