“They were very nice but I'm guessing the chemicals that they use just don't work or they didn't apply enough. We have had them out multiple times and found active termites again today. This has all been within a 2 year span. Going to suck it up and spend money on the big pest control companies now.”

“DO NOT USE THEM!! We discovered we had termites last year and since we always try to stay local and do local business we payed Chadd 1000.00 to treat our home. The two first warm days this year we had "swarmers" by the hundreds outside and inside our basement. I contacted Chadd and let him know. Then I started finding "dirt" trails again. I sent pics to chadd and his response was that the trails were going from up to down and that is what you would hope to see and that he was busy but would get someone out here. He sent a worker to inspect and retreat and I payed our 75 yearly warranty fee. I cleaned up all the trails and sure enough continued to find more trails. My husband contacted chadd said he would get someone down here. Sent the same nice worker and it was obvious from his face that he knew we still had a serious problem and said he would let chadd know and he would be in contact with us to get it treated AGAIN. That has never happened and it has been almost 2 months Later! So I contacted Terminix and Rare pest control to get their opinions and estimates. Both places said it is absolutley impossible to treat a home our size properly for 1000 and that chadd saying trails going up to down was not what anyone that treated a home would hope to see and the fact that he allowed our home to continue to be damage for another year and still hasn't contacted us was outrageous. And a landscaping box outside my husband showed chadd that had damage and chadd told him it was from beetles was 100% termites. Absolutely disgusting!!!”
