“After I got a Termite clearance from another company, I found there were bugs coming up from under our hardwood floors. I assumed it was NOT termites since none were previously found. I sent a request to Stop Bugging for an inspection on what type of pests we had. Turns out it WAS termites. Jose came out immediately after I reached out and he did an extensive inspection of our home. He found the termites and was able to schedule the treatment for the very next day. The young man who came out to do the treatment was polite and cleaned up after having to be in the crawl space for over 3 hours. So needless to say, I'm extremely happy with them. Not only did they identify what others couldn't, but they got rid of the problem.
