“Unprofessional and Ineffective I would highly recommend AGAINST anyone using Summers All Seasons Pest Control, John Summers the owner and operator is both unprofessional and his work is ineffective. I lived in a rental home, and the landlord used this company for the pest control. The house was infested with roaches when we moved in, and we would see more than four live roaches each day. John Summers "treated" our house and the problem never improved. He would simply blame the weather or the house, but never helped the issue. It only got better in the winter when there are less roaches naturally. He was also extremely unprofessional towards both me and my roommates. He said would be nice to us in person, and then would tell our landlord that we were exaggerating the issue. When I asked him why he did this, he raised his voice at me on the phone and said that he shouldn't even have to answer to me as my landlord was the one paying him.”
