Brian took extra care to insure their safety and health. We also got termite stations installed as a preventative. Brain ensured they were level to the ground and well placed.

terrible customer service and fraud. i have a vacation home and they refuse to contact me to schedule the appointment for when I'll be there. When I go online to reschedule there are no available days/times. June 2024 i canceled the appointment. they showed up anyway. I have it on video/security cameras: the tech has the spray can in his hand for less than 1 min. Then he got in his truck and left. Charged me $146

Efficient professional customer friendly. Extremely thorough workers. We've only had this service for about 2 months or so & they have been out here a couple of times for different treatments. Not that we asked, but what they're service provides. Just to keep"things" in check. BEST move we could've made! Both workers very friendly, professional, courteous & more. If I had a question or concern, they were very thorough in responding & treating the situation. Also, if any problems they are there 24/7! FIVE STARS PLUS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️➕

I would not recommend them to anyone! It first started with Timothy Peterson who is the consultant, he came and looked at what I'll need, quickly took my money and said I'm scheduled for Wednesday at 9am, Sunday night I get a text from a tech that said he'll be there at 8am Monday, I said no, I was scheduled for Wednesday, he then canceled the appointment and told me it was made for Wednesday and someone will be in contact with me. I was then told by Timothy Peterson I'm on the schedule from 9a to 11a on Wednesday, finally at noon Wednesday, and after the 3rd call to terminix, a tech calls me and didn't even know he had my house today. So a service manager had to meet him at my house for the things they needed. I reached out to Timothy Peterson 3 times Wednesday including texts and phone calls, not a single response was received! To top it off, the 2nd call to terminix I was told if I need anything else that they will expedite my call so I can speak to a branch manager, well guess what, on the 3rd call I asked for the manager to talk about my appointment not even being scheduled. I was then told they have to fill out a form and they will put a request in for a branch manager to call me....this was at 11am, it's now 8pm and I haven't been contacted yet, wasn't even contacted when the tech was done or anything! This company is absolutely terrible! It seems like when you have a complaint a manager is never available either, there's no communication what so ever and I will never call them again! What took me and my wife 2 days to prep the house for the tech to be here for 20 minutes and never tell us anything! And they even started spraying inside the house while we were still there with a new born and a dog! Meanwhile the tech is wearing a respirator but openly start spraying while we are getting ready to leave! I recommend finding someone else, I never write reviews but I want everyone to know how terrible they are! I will be trying again tomorrow to speak to a manager, this company is a joke!
