We didn’t know what to do, so I found Terminix online and set up an appt. Literally within two weeks they were ALL gone! Over a year later I’ve still not seen a single ant. Ben from Terminix did my service today and as always he did a fabulous job. He is always friendly, and very thorough and complete on all surfaces inside and outside of our home. I’ve had several types of pests including wasp and yellow jacket nests outside the house and Sugar ants and carpet beetles inside the house. He always removes spider webs on the outside of the house and leaves everything treated for whatever pests exits! I can always count on him and I highly recommend him for any and all of your needs! ?

I've been using terminix for over a year now and only have positive things to say. What makes them better than other local companies are there technicians. John has been my tech for quite a while now and he goes above and beyond trying to help us keep the ants out of the house. He is always on time (sends a text when he's on his way), very professional and it feels like he's on a mission to get rid of the ants which I completely appreciate. In the last month I've had two local companies knock on my door with a very hard sales tactic. I feel like when I tell them I use terminix they even go harder. One company said that they could get rid of the ants using a natural spray. After that come and I realized this person knew nothing about the West Seattle ant issue. I highly recommend terminix and if you're lucky enough to get John as your tech you will thank me.

Not Recommended! Don’t trust their sells/rep person! They send a third party random team for insulation and other services, so it’s exactly like you find a random number from somewhere and they come to do the service, they don’t do a quality work and unfortunately we trusted them as they had a good presentation so it’s basically they have a good sells rep. Then their service for pest and rodent control is not high quality at all it get done in 10 min for a huge house and we were like how! Unfortunately we trusted them as I mentioned they had a good sells/rep person who talked us into their services. Don’t trust what you hear from them as after the deal is done their service and the quality is very different than what you have been told. You can try and see yourself too!

Andrew Serles has been my Terminix technician for five years now. He is knowledgeable and professional. He does a thorough job of pest control at my facility and takes the time to answer and educate me on questions I have. He knows the chemicals he uses and applies them safely (I have dogs!). I have had other technicians come out , but they are not as good as Andrew. Andrew is used as the person who trains new technicians too.
