I have never been so disappointed in a company. I have been stood up multiple times, had appointments rescheduled without my notice, technicians have showed up late and been rude to me. I’ve called and requested a follow up from the branch manager Oswaldo, to never hear from him. This branch does not care about their customers and if I could give negative starts I would. I would highly recommend finding any other company than this terminix. If you like wasted time and paying for terrible service then this is the company for you.

Very happy with Terminix. They are thorough with making sure our home is free from the majority of pest and rodents. I know it's completely impossible to have them gone 100% but for the last 10 years of having them, we have never had any issues except for the occasional ant issue. But once they come out and do some treatment? Ants are gone.

They came out at first promised the world but after I signed up they stopped doing the shared spaces and only sprayed the outside. The rodents are multiplying and I can't get ahold of anyone. I'm at the point now where I am going to have to pay another service to come and cleanup their mess literally and figuratively.

Brian has been my service technician for several years. He has always been very professional in his work and interactions with me always take the time to inform me and explain to me to my satisfaction and understanding of all work completed. I have had problems on occasion in contacting different Terminix departments for questions and/or scheduling other work associated with my contract. He never hesitates to in helping me to get to the right person or department to assist me in a particular matter that I need addressed.

Leo my Terminix guy is the best service man I have ever had. He is very courteous to my 95 year old dad, if dad is still sleeping he quiet around his room and try’s to make sure the dog doesn’t bard and wake him up. Also makes sure the gates are closed properly when he leaves. Also lets me know if something in the yard needs attention. Leo is the best ever.
