I give this score because of my technician Marco. He is truly an asset to your team and does his job with pride. He is always in a good mood and makes sure to greet me prior to doing the service, even if he has reached out the night before. He also knows a lot about insects and describes them and their ways in detail. It makes me understand why ants come inside among other things. He also takes the time to explain the treatment he is using. I always know that my yard will be treated properly. Marco Rocks!!

Very effective service if you are quickly trying to get rid or pests. We've lived at our home for 2 years and never had an issue with ticks or fleas. Since the beginning of this month I've been walking my dogs consistently every morning, and I noticed a tick on one of my dogs, I then came to find out that they both had ticks on them. So I quickly called Terminix and got the soonest available appointment. Hector Jacobo was our man, he text me a day prior to ensure a smooth arrival. Once he showed up he was very professional, he replied to my texts messages with updates on his arrival times that day, he then treated our home anywhere we asked him to with no hesitation (front and back yard plus dog room). After a couple of days I noticed a lot of hidden ticks that where dead or incapacitated that I would not have noticed or seen on my own. Terminix does allow a second visit within the month for free, if we feel or see anymore pests, so I took advantage and had Hector come out again just to make sure all ticks where disposed of. So again in a timely manner Hector came out for a second time and re did our home quickly and efficiently. Another plus I was not expecting was that the spray that was used also took out spiders (black and brown windows) and flys for a couple of days. So overall it was well worth it.
