Talk about a weird experience. My parents use them (without issue) and they wanted to add a property onto their account. The inspector who came out for the free inspection was nice. Told us there really weren't any issues but if we wanted to put maintenance on the building we could.... He showed up 2 hours before he was scheduled and didn't call which was a bit odd but it worked out.... He was friendly.... luckily I saw him on the cameras..... My mom scheduled the spray appointment.... We decided to reschedule it into the following week because we needed somebody at the property (my mom is recovering from a hip injury.... And didn't know that on the initial date we had scheduled landscapers.... Something I didn't want to risk because I wanted to give them the option to not be there when Terminix was spraying).... It was rescheduled and we were given a time frame of one to five.... I sat there all day and towards the end of the day I decided to call and they said they didn't even have me on file because there was no card on file.... They initially couldn't find the property at all even though they had been there. This was scheduled twice and the girl had to talk to supervisors to figure out what went wrong. She said they wouldn't have showed up at the first scheduling either because no card was on file.... My parents write a check for the service.... They show up to the other property.... None of it really added up because why didn't they take a card when we scheduled either time????.. That means two separate people didn't know to do that...All in all it didn't make sense and we decided just to treat ourselves and save the headache. There seems to be an error in the training process..... Both times we handled the rescheduling, no one took card information from us.... The person I talked to did try to find out what went wrong but it was just a headache and I had a day wasted.

The technician claims they sprayed the property fully and did not. Took pictures of only the front yard and provided a ticket so company will not discount charges. Unreasonable and do NOT use. Overpriced as well.

The guy that came out to my unit did a small inspection. I was satisfied at the time just because someone who is a "professional" told me it doesn't look like I have anything. I'm still finding strange stains with no signs of bugs yet so I called to have another inspection set up. However, the person I spoke to on the phone today wanted to speak over me and then hang up on me when I asked to get to customer service. This happened after I made a comment about how it was weird how she said that she would send someone different and better and then when I called her out on sending the same person as last time, the call drops. very strange. anyways, do better please. if I had your name I'd include it in this review.

Worst business ever. I scheduled an appt for today 8-10 am, no one called and no one showed. I called the office and they said “the system” didn’t have an appt for that time so they set one for a week from now . ??? Completely unprofessional, unresponsive, untrained and unacceptable. DO NOT USE.

They are horrible and an absolute waste of money. I was charged upfront and they didn't finish fixing the holes, they don't call back, the techs do as little as possible, they will use your own traps instead of theirs, and they won't give a refund. Complete scam

The first scheduled appt they never showed and never called. After we paid for liquid termite service, they will not call back, text, or email when we’ve noticed hundreds of swarmers inside our home. I feel like they took our money and disappeared. If we don’t hear from them in the next couple days, we are stopping our payments for the monthly payment plan. We will also be reporting this company. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

0 stars. Do not recommend. Communication is non existent. We hired them to do preventative maintenance at our home. They were scheduled to come out quarterly. There’s not any way to reach them via phone, they don’t respond to emails. What they will do, is arrive at your home unannounced, not complete the job, and then bill your card without approval.

Have time with them for over 2 1/2 years it started off real great and I only had two technicians that were good they would show up knocking the door say they did service and no service was done outside much less came inside haven’t charged my account several times with no service being done called again today requesting for a manager this is the third time I have I will not be paying $119 for quarterly service without it being met to my needs you have to actually do something I should’ve never had hornets nest or wasp nest all over the outside of my house last year fleece continuously outside in coming into my basement they only treat my basement and outside of my house and can’t me and This I will be contacting my bank also to put a stop to any more payments coming out when I haven’t been able to have service for quite some time call the number and they say you’ve never called before besides one time that’s not true I feel very let down I guess it’s time to find a new place but I will be reaching out for my money

Had a scheduled appointment and they never showed. Called customer service guy was extremely nice and said the technician would call me back to let me know when they would be there since they were late. Never called never showed. I will be calling someone else instead.
