The technician was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had he was also very nice and kind. Overall amazing customer service. And amazing job at treating my house for roaches. I have only had the first treatment so far but I can already see a major difference in the roach population. Will update later on progress. Although I will say the reason I only gave them 4 stars is cause I made the appointment for a certain time and because the call center double booked. The local office called me to tell me they couldn't make it till later which wasn't the local office's fault but it made me late for my plans so other than that they were great.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! If you want to have more roaches, call them. They came to my place twice in a month. They sprayed and left. Charged me 165 dollar and a 35 dollar monthly premium. THEY TOOK MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR NOTHING. DON'T CALL THEM!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WON'T DO NOTHING! The start is because Google won't let me post the review without that.

Ivan was fantastic. We had issues with rats in our storage room / crawl space. He found out where they were getting in the house. He set traps and caught them. Great service and always responsive

I am scared of BATS. I called wild life I received different quote . Terminix They did a great job ! A shout out to the service advisor and the Tech he walk me Around my home he made me Feel safe again in my home . Wildlife Terminix is #1 no other way !

Terminix has been great at taking care of our pest and termite problems for 2 years now. Jack comes quarterly to treat the pests and always communicates well. Ricky does our annual multipoint inspection and is great at explaining what we need and giving us quotes. All the Terminix employees have been great, have excellent customer service and are very friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I am very pleased with my Terminix service. TJ Abernathy was my service tech. Listened to everything I said and was very cognizant of my problems and took great care with his duties. He is very polite and efficient. He did a great job.

I have used Terminix for decades with no issues. Within the past 12 months, Terminix had to repair termite damage to my floor twice. This past week an employee did not contact me to schedule, but instead emailed me afterwards that they found no exterior indication of termites. This is unacceptable. They must follow their own protocol and schedule their visits with the homeowner. I complained to them on the phone and they had someone do an internal inspection the next day.

You guys are reliable and consistent, however the most recent visit was a termite inspection that required a look inside the house. The latest appt time I could get was 3pm, I work nights so it was an inconvenience. I checked my messages at 2:30 when I got up and had a text that the inspection was completed. I was irritated that I woke up early for nothing

If I could give a lower Star I would definitely do so They constantly have turnover because no one wants to work for them And I've had three missed appointments because no one ever shows up And today finally someone showed up but they can only do what's on the ticket which is take care of ants and roaches Which means they will not do anythingd I have to call another service for that Even though it's been Six weeks already
