In late 2022 I had my entire attic insulation redone due to a mice infestation- or so I thought. This also included sealing all entry points and new vents on the outside of the home. I started having mice issues again a couple of weeks ago. I had a different company come to complete pest control, and they brought several things to my attention that did not seem right. After having an inspector look at the insulation, they took photos of mouse droppings. I got out my old photos of the terminix inspection and the mouse droppings are exactly the same in the exact same area in one part of the attic, according to the inspector. The insulation looks to be my old insulation as well. In addition, vents were not properly installed on the outside of my home, and I paid for exclusion service check ins to fix this as needed, which was not done. I feel as if multiple people are not doing their jobs correctly, and I have photographic evidence that the service I paid for, I likely did not receive. If you have Terminix do your work, I recommend requiring detailed photos and descriptions and to question everything. I recommend going with a more detail-oriented company who will not cut corners. EDIT: See photos of my inspection from 2022 and my own photos taken in the attic today, 1/30/25. This is after a supposed full dsv to the attic

We are extremely thankful for our Terminex consultant Joe Smith. He informed us of a gas leak happening on the side of our home and it prevented a major emergency from occurring. His attention to detail helped save our home and we are truly appreciate. We have almost 8inches of snow on the ground and he made sure to truly check our home despite it being extremely cold and hard to get to some areas. He is always professional, kind, and thorough when checking for issues and today made a huge impact in keeping us safe. Thank you.

The second tech was great, Dustin kares did a phenomenal job. He moved appliances and let me know further options to take to keep working with them that would best fit my needs. He was understanding of my concerns and reassured me that we could take care of this problem. He told me he understands I feel like it's bad here but I'm only on a moderate scale. Which gave me some peace of mind. I've never had an issue with this before so I thought I was over ran.

Our technician, Cory is always professional. We are setup for monthly service and he always comes in with a smile on his face and asks if we have had any issues in the past month. We have not had any rodent or bug problems while using terminix. It is obvious Cory takes pride in his work and month after month he demonstrates it.

I am the property manager for an apartment building in downtown Indianapolis. We have had an exceptional experience! With bi-monthly treatments in common areas, we had very few requests for additional pest service from our residents. We also had a late Spring issue with millipedes on the exterior sidewalks/doors.
