Been almost a year and still have billing issues, overbilling, and lack of service. Customer service states local office has to correct issues, but the manager there never does. He just cancels my account and charges me an early cancellation fee. I have not cancelled it as that cancellation fee is very high, then I have to get my account reactivated even though I never cancelled. Then all those months is been cancelled, I do not get service nor a refund for those months. Worst company I have ever dealt with! Still have mice and pests in my house after almost a year of this service. Very expensive for very little service!

Was on the schedule and nobody showed up. When I called, the response was that the appointment had been moved to an entirely different day (without my knowledge). I told them I was going to cancel entirely because I don't want to give a company like that money and then it took another 15 minutes on hold to cancel a simple service.

My wife called contacted Terminex to come out and give us an inspection on our home. Nick was the inspector that was sent out, But he did not act like one he acted like a salesman.Before he even arrived he had called my wife and said his day starts at 7 am and he was scheduled 3 appointments between 5-7 pm and he should not even be working that late. He asked if he could come earlier and she said unfortunately no but she would leave work early to be there as close to 5 as possible for him. When he got there he was very nice and polite bit was in a big rush and only looked at the area where we had noticed a problem. He failed to do a proper inspection on the property as he should have. But we signed up for the service anyway to start the process of fixing our problem. The field technician they sent out was Henry Ballew and he was amazing! He explained the correct product that was going to be used to treat our property. He took his time to take care of our problem areas and even arranged for us to have another inspection that was not rushed and more indepth so we could take care of any other issues we had before they were to get worse.

When it comes to Terminix Pest Control, and especially Tony, the experience is exceptional! Tony provides amazing communication before, during, and after the service. He follows up diligently, explains the treatment thoroughly, and discusses possible strategies for moving forward. Understanding my fear of rodents, Tony goes above and beyond to ensure I don’t have to deal with them. I highly recommend using Terminix and requesting Tony as your service person. 5 out of 5 stars!

I have learned TONS about the little creatures living around our house from Tony who always takes care of our home(I’ve learned how to safely install bat boxes, that certain scary looking bugs are actually harmless and much more). He’s super considerate of all the children and pets in our house when he sprays(making sure everyone is inside and knows when it’s safe to come out). We always look forward to him taking care of bugs around the house so we can enjoy our backyard time to the fullest! We wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of our family. Thank you so much!

Hired them to remove wasps. We showed them the entry point. The tech came out, complained about getting the attic to spray. They found nothing. They refused to get up on a ladder. Still have wasps. Update: After many calls to the sales guy, service manage, and corporate with return no communication I am working with my CC for a refund. Do not pay up front. They cut and run.

My experience with Terminix has been consistently disappointing due to communication issues and poor service timing. Recently, we received a last-minute text about a service appointment, which we couldn't accommodate due to prior commitments. Furthermore, one of the technicians made my wife feel uncomfortable during their interaction. When we tried to cancel an appointment, customer service confirmed the cancellation, but the technician showed up regardless. Upon this mishap, we called customer service to reschedule, but they couldn't assign us the desired technician. After indicating we'd call back for a reschedule, they abruptly canceled our service. Subsequently, we requested a refund since only half the service was provided, and the interior service was still pending. Promised a refund on Monday, we were shocked when the supposed 'supervisor' refused both the technician change request and the refund. It's evident that Terminix prioritizes neither customer satisfaction nor integrity. They've unjustly retained $163 from us. Our advice is to steer clear of this company and opt for a more customer-centric service provider.

We canceled services with Terminix a while back. Very over priced for the quality of work. We had the exclusion service done due to a pest issue, and the technician was here for maybe 30-45 mins for a job that was over $1,000. They were not as detailed as we had hoped. Felt like a waste of money. Unfortunately less than two years later and we have another pest issue.

I honestly think I have the best Terminex employee ever. Shawn. I wish I knew his last name. But he works in the Kansas City market and I live in Leawood Kansas a suburb of Kansas City. Shawn is absolutely someone who loves what he does and always has a smile on his face! He communicates well, he’s responsible, always on time , and he just makes you feel great about spending money on pest control which is often a purchase that can be overlooked or not a priority. I make it a priority, and because of that I never have ANY issues with unwanted pests, either inside my house or even outside. I have termite protection AND Shawn sprays outside during the summer in order for my family and I to enjoy that space in a part of the country where mosquitos are a problem. Thank you Shawn and thank you Terminex!

Great experience with our flush and fog treatment. Darrin Phillips has been great to work with. Gave us text updates and detailed pictures of work done and explanation of what needs to be done next to get rid of the pests for good. And also followed up with us afterwards to check on progress and effectiveness.
