Very disappointed. Continuing to take money but not responding to my calls. Say they are going to come spray and then don't show up. So I risk my job to stay home for their 4 hour window to get here and when they have showed up the job hasn't been done correctly. Terminix has been an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with! Even tried to speak with a supervisor and never got a response!

I really got scammed by them. After being told I had a severe termite problem I agreed to pay $6000 for service. I paid $4000 down and am paying the balance monthly. I happened to notice on my credit card that I was repeatedly billed over $140 by Terminex to come out once every 3 months to check for termites! So in 6 months I've paid this company $4846 not including the amount I financed. Do your homework people before committing to them. Make sure you have a complete understanding that it will cost you an additional $1692 each year for this company to come out and check for termites every 3 months. My question is what good were they if their initial treatment couldn't solve the problem within 3 or 6 months!!! Needless to say, I canceled my contract with them. I've never heard of a company charging this much each year to check their own work!!

One of THE worst, no, THE worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company and/or service. Ended up paying 4K for services that i later found out were unnecessary and not needed. Even after gouging me for money, I had to call multiple times to have them follow up and carry out the services agreed on. One of the services I purchased they outsourced to another local company. The termite service that I paid for, I cancelled after a year and they CONTINUED to charge me months after the fact. From the top down, the entire system is subpar and I will stay far far away from Terminix going forward and I recommend you do the same. Look elsewhere.

Elicited the services of Terminix back in January to address a mouse problem. Was advised my vents needed replacing since there was over a dime shaped hole for them to get through. There was a complete lack of communication within the team on who my technician was supposed to be and once someone finally came they destroyed my vents completely and never returned to correct the issue. Brandon was the agent who did this shotty work. Edit: Unsurprisingly, the email provided in your business response fails.

Cancelled my service in June & they came out in October unauthorized & charged me $131. Debited my checking account when they had no authorization & won’t refund me. Asked the guy what he did when he came out & his response was “I’m not sure - knocked down a cobweb & probably spread some granules”. Seriously- his exact words. WORST COMPANY EVER. Will never let them back on my property.

Unfortunately we brought home bedbugs from a recent vacation. We called Terminix and Jared was sent to treat our home. He has been absolutely wonderful! He has been timely and also great about answering questions and responding promptly to text messages and making sure we have all that we need to treat and prevent another issue. Excellent service. We cannot recommend Jared enough.

We absolutely love our Terminix technician, Jared Long. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, timely and thorough. He always lets us know when he’s on his way and goes above and beyond with the service he provides. Our older home has remained in excellent condition due to his monthly visits. Scheduled an inspection to start service through the website. They sent text to confirm appointment. I’ve not been able to reach anyone all afternoon at customer service. Nobody ever showed up and nobody bothered to call to say they were running behind or anything. Given some of recent reviews, maybe I dodged a bullet and can have better luck spending my money on a more professional and reliable pest control service elsewhere.

my mom called to have this company come out and spray our home for bugs. we told them on the phone we had another company come out to spray they wouldn't touch my house because of a koi pond that sits next to my front porch. the woman we spoke with on the phone was informed of the situation she stated it was okay there company would stay away from my pond. the technician Kristoper parker come to my house on June 22nd. I told him several times to stay away from my pond. June 27th I spoke with Kyle Anderson about my koi dying from the technician spraying. I asked him what we could do to have test. stated he would pass my information up higher because he wasn't really sure who I could contact to figure out what killed my koi. Jamie Hudgins calls July 1st I told him what was going on he put it off like I done something wrong and I killed my koi also tells me they will not serve my home anymore because of there faults it was put in there notes to stay away from my koi pond. I asked for his bosses information he refused to give it to me. on Monday July 8th I drove to Memphis TN from Louisville KY 5 and a half hours 1 way, to there head quarters to speak with Brett t ponton. headquarters don't have anybody in it. while on my way there George sanders calls me I told him what was going on he said they are putting in a insurance claim I should hear from them within 2 weeks. these people think everything is a game I have there technician on camera as my home is under surveillance. today is July 22nd and nothing has been done. these actions has hurt me and my 4 young children. it took me telling Jamie Hudgins I will have a lawyer contact and get this figured out for him to give me his bosses information. this company isn't worried about anything but money. I would highly advise anyone with pets to stay away from allowing this company in your home. they will harm your animals and blame you for there faults even on camera they still say they didn't do it. its left me and my family devastated losing 130 Japanese imported koi. I bought 53 fish 4 years ago and I sell there young through out the summer to cover my family's needs. 77 of the 130 koi were babies from last fall I've had my pond for 4 years and never lost a fish until this company comes out to spray I lost all of my koi give or take within 3 weeks. from 3 inches up to 20 inch koi. George sanders told me personally if I had any other questions to reach out to him I've called several times left several voicemails and George sanders does not answer or return our call. this company is very determined to make there faults yours. Jamie Hudgins threatened me to meet his cousin click. Jamie Hudgins is not professional in his line of work. he needs better training as well as there technicians. nothing with this business in Louisville KY is serious. since no body works in head quarters I've asked everybody I've talked to how I can get his information and nobody from this company cant get me that help. I asked the technician when he was here if he could spray underneath my fish tanks inside of the stand and he said he couldn't you would think he would have known to stay away from a fx6 pump out side running a waterfall to stay away he sprayed under the window that sits right above my pumps and my waterfall sits a ft to the right 3 1/2 ft below the window he sprayed. I did everything I could to save my koi I took them from 1 pond and made another hoping I wouldn't keep losing them and still lost every single fish I had. I done several water test to make sure my levels were where they was supposed to be everything was as normal as it has been for the last 4 years. I have 3 125 gallon fish tanks inside my home I've had fish for at least the last 10 to 12 years I feel as if I'm a professional at this point yes things come up and I learn more things but never have I lost any of my koi

So easy to work with! We signed up to have some ants taken care of and they were out the next day. Everything was taken care of and they’ve checked back in a few time to make sure we’ve had no additional issues. Highly recommend.
