The Terminix supervisor, Fred, went out of his way to schedule our house inspection that was required by escrow asap. He patiently took the time to answer all my questions concerning my plan. His customer support skills and interaction in these day and times was above reproach. The inspector he had come over, Andrew, was very respectable and an expert in his profession. He mentioned that the supervisor had to provide transportation and lodging expenses for him in order to get it done asap since the regular inspector would not be able to do for 2 weeks. On top of all that he gave me a discount. Amazing!

We had bed bugs in our condo rental and they tried four different times to rid the unit, without success. After the fourth failed try, we contacted another company who got rid of them and guaranteed their work. Read the fine print in your contract for bed bug removal....NO guarantee, but be wary of what they say verbally and what they print in the contract. In the fourth failed treatment they tried a different chemical they said would work and it didn't. We learned the hard way. They will not get our business again.
