Although I was disappointed to not have further notice that Terminex was coming to our home and consequently missed the indoor part of the service call, I was very appreciative that Landen C texted me and arranged to come back for indoor service. He was very professional, arrived in a timely manner, and was extremely helpful on answering any questions I had. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service is the star point of a company. He represented all of those. He is the reason I rated you w 5 stars.

0 stars if I could. Either they are really slow at giving us a response or they are deliberately ignoring my calls. Paid for 3 services but we didn't get them. 300 dollars down the drain unless this business gets their act together and responds to me. (Been two months)

I scheduled a free inspection (per the website) for Friday, Sept. 27th. Upon finding out that I would not be home that day, I called to reschedule and the lady I spoke with told me I would get a phone call within 48 hours to set that appointment. I never received any phone call. So I set up a new appointment for the inspection for Wednesday, October 2 between 10 and 11:30 AM, and no one showed up. I called to find out why and was given no explanation, but they offered to reschedule for October 3 at the same times I agreed and once again, no one has shown up. I have not received a phone call or an email with any kind of explanation as to why no one showed up yesterday or even a simple phone call saying that they were running late today. This is no way to run a business.

I had an appt scheduled on Monday the 26th for a refinance inspection. The technician was a no call no show. The customer service agent gave me zero explanation and did not offer to reschedule. I called myself the next day and rescheduled the appt trying to give them the benefit of a doubt. Here I sit on Thursday the 29th and another no call no show. I’ve called customer service twice. The first time I was told the inspector was in route. The second time I was told the inspector wasn’t answering and they didn’t know if he was coming or not. I’m completely shocked and at a loss of what to do now. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.

I would never use this company again! Made 2 appointments and they didn't show up for ether one of them. I had pest control contract and would get a text saying they treated the outside of my home but when I checked my security cameras they had never showed up to treat my house but charged me for there services.

Called and set up new service. On committed date tech was running behind and couldn't make the service window - said would reschedule. Didn't show on date of rescheduled service - said "I told the office when you wanted to be rescheduled and they didn't put you on my schedule." Called customer service and was told they'd call back in 15-30 min. No call. Four hrs later communicated with tech again as last resort; He gave me the number of his manager. Left message for David, service manager mid-day. No call back...nothing. Two trips and four hours of driving for two appts during which they never showed. What a mess of an operation - look elsewhere.

Have had good experiences with Terminix. Friendly, polite techs who do their work when they say they will and are willing to explain things. Their salespeople are not pushy, like some pest control companies, and their prices were fairly reasonable.

After my first treatment for bugs around the house, I noticed that I was still getting some bugs even after a few weeks. A representative from Terminix called me and asked how the service went and I talked to her about this. She immediately set up an appointment for someone to come out and do another application around my house. She was very attentive to my needs and was very helpful in setting up another application for me. I was very pleased with the representative and the help that she gave me.

I have nothing horrible to say about the techs that been to my house. They have been great. Customer service on the other hand.. Since last year 2023 into 2024 trying to cancel your services is a headache. They state we will cancel it and still hasn’t happened. I contacted CS every month and nothing has been canceled. They did refund me last month, which I thought everything was taken care of…. but the surprise heres a bill for April.
