I have had so many problems with digger bees, digger wasps, regular wasps, and ants over the years prior to finally just joining their plan where they come quarterly and handle it all. Best decision I ever made. No problems since. They are always friendly and honest. For example, I found what I thought was a roach and panicked and they told me it was a wood roach and they live outside and with the woods behind my house one could have just flown in, but if I see anymore to contact them again to come look. They could’ve upsold me and made me pay for something unnecessary, but didn’t. I know I can trust them. Not a problem since.

I have to say that my experience with this company and branch has been rather hit or miss. I live in a townhome with shared walls and was experiencing a rodent infestation ultimately they were not able to do much of anything that I wasn't able to do (IE patch holes, and set traps). Some of the tech were better than others but I wrote it off as a live and learn as it seemed to be they were just putting bandaids on an ongoing issue. What I can't write off as a live and learn is the fact that I called them 2 months prior to my contract expiring and asked if it would auto-renew. They kindly told me that it would not and I figured that this would be the end of our working relationship. I was wrong! Today I received a text saying they were coming out tomorrow for my yearly check up, when I called to cancel I needed to speak with multiple people before they agreed to cancel my service (after offering me discounts). I think you're better off working with a smaller company that doesn't use these tactics!

The service is fine and at a regular cadence but I called in multiple times, months in advance to cancel my contract, was told that it will not auto-renew without my approval, and then came an automatic charge on my credit card. This is for Syosset service location — beware. I think this is immoral for a company to tell you they won’t renew/that is how you terminate a couple hundred dollar contract, then you receive a notice of payment.

I recommend Terminix to all my loved ones! I moved in to my house 6 months ago and have had amazing experiences with termite inspections, pest control sprays for a beetle colony, and more recently mosquito and tick control. I have a rather large backyard and dedicated areas for my sons’ toys. My technician Brian Lawler has been so thorough yet delicate, with making sure I have complete protection and taking special care when spraying around my sons’ toys. He goes above and beyond for my home and treats it as if it were his own. I will always appreciate his work and will remain a long term customer because of it.

I signed the contract with Terminix a year ago through Frank Balzano. I have to admit that Frank is the best guy in Terminix. Without his help I would terminate the contract 6 months ago. A lot of time, I could not get in touch with the Terminix service guy directly (they did not return my call or text). Then I would call Frank and he would get all the help for me immeidately. He is always reachable and always provides the best service for me. Frank deserves big promotion. He will do well no matter any company he works for. I appreciate Frank for all his help and support. The tech who services my house for quarterly treatment is amazing. His name is Jason. If not for him, I probably would not be a customer. He is very professional and possesses an above par work ethic. As far as the product goes, my family and myself are extremely satisfied as we rarely have had any insect/pest concerns within the home. I myself have not had the best experience in regard to professionalism when it has involved Jason’s direct supervision. Aside from that, we are happy at my home. 4 stars is solely reflected upon the service tech and product. Would have been 5 stars if not for the negative experience with supervision.

My Terminix technician has inspected my home for years. He is prompt, thorough, professional , and personable. He took the time to inspect all areas of my home : garage, basement, crawl spaces, and grounds. He took many photos to document his findings and used technology to record his findings. I feel confident that my home is safe from problems with Terminix. I recommend them highly.

The gold standard!! Our Service professionals in Chatham and Spring Lake are the best--- thorough, respectful, knowledgeable, timely, etc... and so very nice. We are VERY long-time customers and would never switch from Terminix. Their people are their brand and we have had the best experiences over the years.
