DO NOT USE TERMINIX!!! Their customer service is terrible. There technicians are terrible. Their prices are outrageous. We had pest services, crawlspace work and attic work done. We have had nothing but issues with it. Every time i have needed them to come out for anything the appointments are booked weeks out and then they don't even show up. When they do show up nothing that ever needs to be done is covered under the expensive warrantee that we paid for. Even that managers can't do their jobs. Scheduling is a nightmare and the actual services are even worse.

Terminix services my client’s properties on a quarterly basis. Every time we’ve called for a follow up visit or a new concern, they’ve been able to schedule us quickly. I was on site today for a follow up visit to allow the tech, Jonathan, inside the properties. He was very polite, showed up on time, and informed me of the situations and treatment options for the properties. Very satisfied with the service received!

Brenton Hill was the associate who came out and patiently worked with me on the encapsulation process, termite plan, and moisture control as the final phase of my major home renovation. He even came out TWICE on his own time to go under the house with me and explain the work done and how the dehumidifier would work. He's an excellent addition to your team and his personable manner makes him a natural people person. Brent went to great lengths to help with my billing and I can't say enough about his perseverance to see the job done right. Now that I am renewing my termite and moisture contracts, I am happy to report my satisfaction with his time and effort to explain how this would all work.

She took the time to write a note that gave me important safety information and what to expect after they left. It was incredibly nice of her to take the time to do that.
