Scheduled an inspection appointment for 8-10am Saturday, got a call at 8:15 and the tech asked me about what the issue was (which I already provided in my online request), and he then said he’d be there around 10:30, which wouldn’t work for me since I had other plans for the day. I mentioned this and he sort of laughed and said has a busy morning and could I make Monday work instead, which, no, I work during the week which is why I scheduled early Saturday morning. So, what’s the point in me scheduling for a time that would work in my schedule?? We’ll use a different service.

Customer service is terrible will charge you even after services are cancelled and when you call they act as if you questions are frustrating and then act as if you can’t afford the service. Long story short stay away from this business lots of shady things done on the back end of things. Nothing against the rep who came out an sprayed he was awesome! But again not worth the headache

The techs are amazing and save this score from a 1 star. Not sure what has happened with this company, but something has changed in the front office. We have their full service plan and have a hard time getting people to return calls and communicate. Some have good techs have quit and I can see why.

Trevor did an outstanding job educating me on the specifics of the mouse problem. We put sticky traps where the mice were most likely to be trapped. Trevor left me plenty of extra sticky traps so I could replace them as we caught the mice in the coming days. I would highly recommend Trevor and TERMINEX - if you have mouse or rodent problem in your home. So far I have caught eleven mice and disposed of them properly.
