It snowed yesterday, there are no footprints on the side of the house or back of the house. I am paying $137/month for them to do basically do nothing quarterly and I'm stuck in a contract and seeing the largest spiders ever. Go somewhere else. This is not a legit exterminator company.

Save yourself the trouble by not using Terminix. I’m still waiting for a manager to call me about an issue that was escalated 3 days ago. Same issue for the last 9 months and still no resolution. I’ve been a loyal customer the past 8 years. Will be canceling my service. I’m not contacting customer support or emailing so please don’t waste your time replying to this. This is the absolute worst company!

As others have echoed, please, please, please do yourself of a favor and avoid this company! Their communication is absolutely horrid! After having an initial inspection done and setting up an initial appointment I have been "No-Called, No-Showed" 3 days in a row! With absolutely ZERO communications from anyone. Not even their National helpline can get into communication with them!
Why the hell a company would ghost a customer who is paying them money is beyond me! I made arrangements and took off work to be able to accommodate their appointment times and was forgiving the first time -- but never again! Their incompetence has caused ME stress and I've had to use PTO that I can't get back!
Avoid this company at all costs and do not listen to any positive reviews!
Update to owner's response: If you truly cared, your branch manager in Lancaster would have actually called me back or answered my e-mails. To this day no one has even tried to contact me and explain why you reneged on a contract that was agreed to. I am not jumping through any more hoops by contacting a worthless e-mail provided to me by a copy/paste answer. I'll honor my word and update this review if you ever do contact me through proper channels.

Dont waste your time on these guys....i made a appt for today from 10am to noon. They no showed. I called at 1130 for a eta and steven (the tech) could not be reached....they left a voicemail. Called again at 1230pm. They left him and his boss a voicemail to call me. No answer...then i call at 230pm after wasting my entire day waiting to be told i am rescheduled for another day at 10am to noon. Big waste of time. No one had the guts to call me and cancel or even tell me they couldnt keep their appt time. Horrible experience! Wont call them ever again!

These guys are very unprofessional. Zack finishes a job near by and decided to show up unannounced, trespass on my property without my knowledge or permission. Then have the audacity to miss quote me telling me "yea, I see it. I bumped it up to my manager and he says we can do that but it's gunna cost $399 because of how high it is." All while this numb nutz a so called "professional" if they had any eyes they'd see that it was a dead nest with no activity, been dead for 2-3 years XD
I left it up there because bees are territorial and won't build nest near another nest. Uneducated and very unprofessional

My wife and I are becoming increasingly frustrated with Terminix's automatic billing system. Last year we accepted Terminix's offer to pay for two years of service at a guaranteed rate. This year we received several letters saying that if we didn't pay for this year's service that we would lose our coverage. When we called and reminded them of the offer we accepted we were told that we would only have to pay the increase for this year. We again told them about the guaranteed rate and they finally relented. In Aug we again received another bill for one year's service. We called again and were told that we are covered for the next 12 months and that "hundreds" of customers had the same problem. On Monday of this week week received another Terminix bill for the next 12 months, but this bill was only for the annual increase. We called Terminix again and were told that that issue had been resolved in May, 2024. This is the middle of Sep, and we are still being incorrectly billed 3 1/2 months after the mistake was "resolved".
We have no problem with the Terminix service and have no problem with their customer service personnel. But their automatic billing process needs to be fixed.

The Terminix Lancaster branch is the worst of the worst. The technician Tristian failed to show up on multiple times and I missed three days of work and never once received a follow up call. I would not recommend Terminix Lancaster Branch to my worst enemy. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The manager at this branch should be Terminated for allowing this type of behavior to continue. I will never do business with Terminix again.

I originally messaged with Terminix to arrange flea treatment in my home. I was given a price and told what treatment I need and said let me think. I looked online, where I found a cheaper rate and was told they would match this. Awesome. The next day I message to sign up. I’m told about extra charges, fine , but given different pricing. Once again they’ll match online. All is good. We scheduled online.
Today was our treatment which was estimated from 7-9 when I scheduled it. The tech shows up shortly after 9 which is fine. He was in our house for 7 minutes total and had NO idea why he was there per HIM. He sprays an aerosol can around the house then leaves. I called to express my disappointment and once again received a customer service line. You will NEVER be able to get in direct contact with the branch unless they contact YOU on THEIR accord.
I have called at least 10 times in attempt to have someone come back today and fix the techs errors. They informed me they cannot schedule same day service- which is ridiculous if YOUR company messed up the job they were to do. I’ve been trying since 930 to speak with someone. It is 3pm. No contact for a same day fix. Mind you we have to have all the animals and kids leave for hours, mop and vacuum all over again, move all our belongings off of the floors which I’m not trying to redo for THEIR error. This company’s poor communication and service is pathetic.
I will happily come back and fix my review if they modify the situation. This whole experience has been nothing but stress and sheer disappointment and anger.

TRISTON HORST is the example of a very bad customer service.
I am giving a 3 because 1 of the techs that I have had was wonderful. He called at least 24hours in advance and said what time he was coming.
But when I called because I was seeing a large amount of ants in my house they changed my techs which was a horrible thing to do. they never showed up, they would text 50mins before saying they were coming. The 1st time though never texted or anything but they said they spent 3 hours at my house and the guy said oh nobody was home which there was someone home all day. Then I called I told them he put a work order in for being there for 3 hours and never showed up. The 2nd time he texted 55 mins before he was coming well that is great notice right people do work where was the 24 hour notice. The 3rd time he did the same which he said I made the appointment which I never called because I got tired of wasting my time. That was on Friday August 2nd 2024 I told them never send this guy again because he is unreliable and is basically stealing company money by putting work orders in but not actually doing the job.
I asked for my original tech. Which he came today 8/6/24 and he called yesterday and gave a 24hour notice. He is a great tech.
The other one on the other hand he needs to learn how to do his job he is being paid to do.

My experience with Terminix exterminator services can only be described as deeply disappointing and frustrating. I engaged their services based on their reputation, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations.
Firstly, scheduling with Terminix was a nightmare. They repeatedly failed to show up for appointments without any prior notice or explanation. This lack of reliability was incredibly inconvenient and disruptive to my schedule.
On the one occasion they did manage to send someone, the service was subpar at best. There were instances where they claimed to have completed treatments when in fact no one had shown up. This dishonesty and lack of integrity are completely unacceptable in any service industry.
Furthermore, their customer service was abysmal. When I attempted to address these issues with them, I encountered dismissiveness and a lack of accountability. It was clear that they did not value my time or concerns as a paying customer.
To add insult to injury, their services did not live up to their guarantee. The pest problem persisted despite their assurances, and I felt like I had been taken advantage of financially.
In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Terminix exterminator services to steer clear. Their poor communication, unreliability, and dishonest practices make them a company to avoid at all costs. I regret my decision to trust them and will be seeking services elsewhere for future pest control needs.
