Inspection visits are timely, non-intrusive, and the results are conveyed promptly to include written and visual results. The representative always provides a heads up a few days in advance of the on-site visit. Then another prior to arrival on visit day. The representative is always polite and seems eager to provide whatever the situation demands. I have no issues with any type of insect inside of home. Prior to using Terminix, I periodically had invasions of small ants in my kitchen and an occasional spider or two. I can't remember the last spider I've seen and no ants what-so-ever.

I have had Terminix for years. My favorite thing about Terminix is the people you have working for you. Sarah has been my service technician since I've signed up and she is the best. My complaint however, is with your prices. When I signed up I think I was paying something like 90$ every quarter. That has gone up to $150 now... Edit: Adjusted my rating back to 5 stars. Sarah is on top of it. Great customer service. 👍👍

Lindsey is awesome!! She has went above and beyond to make sure that I’m happy with my service. I was ready to cancel my contract and she took time to explain how the process works to eliminate the bugs. I am very pleased with her service

I leave my experience as clearly as i can. Sales person was a pleasure to work with, low pressure and not pushy. The issues arose once it came time to have the work done. The start of the work was pushed back a day due to another job going over, no big deal. I was in no rush. However, on the second day, the work was started and not completed on my house, Again no big deal, things happen. The issue here was the pile of trash and insulation debris that was left in my back yard. I have 2 dogs and simply cant leave any pile of anything without them getting into it. The work on my house was then to be delayed so the technicians could go to a training course for corporate and my project was put off in favor of "training" customer homes. The main issue arose when I found out that they had no intention of doing a major part of my crawlspace underneath a add-on to the house. There was never any explanation of this beforehand and had I known they never intended on doing it, I would have never hired them. The manager had no options to choose from other than "sorry", and wanted to charge me for an incomplete job. I have not been charged, but I am now left with a mess in my backyard, a completely bare dirt crawl space, and a massive headache of where to go from here. This all happened while "corporate" was in town. Leave the pest control to them, but I'd suggest finding a proper foundation repair company to do any of the crawl space work.

Terminix: Never Hire Them for Crawl Space Drain Installation Be Aware, never trust Terminix to install drains in your crawl space. And as poorly as this was done, makes me question the insect treatment side as well. The inspector fast talked my 90 year-old mother into paying them to install a sump pump and drainage system in her crawl space, which had been encapsulated. They did a horrible job and now it will cost even more to repair their poor work. The issues include: 1. drainage system does not have enough slope, so water will collect in the drain tubes 2. sump pump basin not deep enough for the drains to properly drain into it 3. destroyed the existing vapor barrier 4. installed a new outlet for the sump pump that is not GFI protected They refused to come back and fix their mistakes. We now must hire a professional crawl space contractor to fix these issues. Included are several photos of how they left the crawl space. 8/26/24 UPDATE... I tried to send an email to the address in the Terminix response. Like everything else with them, the response failed to go thru because "the server is misconfigured". Never trust this company!
