I’ve used Terminix for about 15 years both in Arizona and Texas, NEVER AN ISSUE. My technician in Texas is Christopher Jemison. WOW Chris is always on time, personable, knowledgeable and frankly just a great person. Terminix should be glad to have him representing the company. He has worked with us on several issues inside and out over the years and always provides a solution. I look forward to his emails letting me know when he will be at the house and look forward to the few minutes of conversation prior to getting started. TERMINIX IS A GOOD COMPANY, no complaints here, CHRIS JEMISON IS AN OUTSTANDING TECHNICIAN and we will miss him as we’re moving soon. If your in the Fort Worth area covered by Chris it would be in your best interest to see if you he’s available!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service on top of not resolving the issue. Paid $2700 for an extensive job that did not resolve the issue. No one on the team responds promptly. I recommend copy and pasting every message you send to every number that messages you. You might get a response. You might have to text every number again or a third time. Arlington TX

If I could give zero stars I would. This whole business is a scam. They will charge you an ungodly amount of money, but will not complete any of the services. On top of that when you call to have some kind of explanation, they never respond. I have submitted 3 claims for escalation, beginning 2 months ago, being promised they would call within 48 hours, yet I still have not received any communication. This is a complete scam, do not ever do business with Terminix.

After hearing vermin in my walls/attic I contacted Terminix to come out and take a look at it. After 30 seconds in my attic the sales guy advised me that my attic insulation needed to be removed and replaced because the pheromones would attract more rats. They would also close up entry ways and place traps (baited with pheromones, of course). Multiple people told me I would see a technician come out every 5-6 days to check the traps until they came back clean. This entire process was charged to me at $13,500 which is not exactly a small sum of money. After replacing the insulation and putting chicken wire over some entry points, I never saw them again. I spent a month with my house smelling like dead rat while I listened to them scamper and gnaw around in my attic, calling Terminix twice a week and always being promised I would hear back in 24-48 hours. At one point I was told that they had escalated to the regional manager, who ALSO couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. Eventually I had to call another exterminator to remove the old traps and take over completion of the service. Don't waste your time with them. Get an exterminator who will actually finish what he starts.

And now with more detail. Terminix was supposed to complete an exclusion service in August 2023 on my 97 year old house for $1800. Didn't do it properly. They "missed" a huge gap by my 2nd chimney which continued critter access as well as other clearly visible gaps. They also built a door to my crawl space that would only keep a large dog or cat out. 2 techs came over this spring and said it all was good in my attic. 3rd tech came over a month ago and said omg I can't believe they missed the rodents (after an AC guy from another company saw one)! Now you will need full insulation replacement for $6800, but we will seal it all up first so insulation is all new and fresh. It's also a special rodent resistant(!) product and we won't charge you until the job is done. All lies. They didn't seal up the house properly at all (that crew didn't even show up on job day), but they changed insulation anyway. This is not industry standard! Exclusion must be done 1st per 3 other companies who inspected my home afterwards and all found fresh rodent droppings! Terminix showed up 2 days later though and drilled holes in my original almost historic brick house to only cover vents without fixing other gaps. 42 holes or more to be precise which I now have to fix. Still have rodents. They won't fix their damage, won't replace my insulation (now rodent contaminated) and charged me 100% upfront which they said in writing they wouldn't. They passed me off to about 4 different managers who each could fit me in days later knowing that I was afraid to sleep at my house and staying elsewhere. This is a dishonest thievy company with no respect for properly, honesty and especially not single women. I'm out about 10k and have to hire other companies to repair their damage and redo all the work not to mention 3-4 weeks of stress and aggravation. So add 2k more.... Plus attorneys fees. Add 3k more.... They apparently are also mostly subcontractors and owned by a non-US company. Buyer beware! Update. 3 weeks later. Nothing done. 1 single manager came over to inspect. The work could be scheduled only days later. Did I mention they also lied about their insulation, their billing/charges despite in writing from a representative and it costs 2-3x what other companies charge? And the tainted insulation isn't even up to code. Now I have attorney's expenses too. Stay away from this company. If anyone has had this experience and is interested in a class action lawsuit, reach out to me.

if I could give them no stars I would. quick to collect your money but slow to provide service. you are better off doing it yourself. do yourself a favor...
