Terminix totally took advantage of my 85 year old mom in the Longview office by talking her into their expensive termite protection instead of her letting keep her old plan she started over 20 years ago. I am hoping that by writing a review someone will take care of the situation. I called the main number numerous times and spent more than an hour each time explaining the same situation. I have called almost every Thursday. Each time I call the representatives state that they will take care of it. Terminix representatives that answer the phone contacted someone at the regional office that takes care of the Longview Texas store and the regional office said they would cancel my mom’s contract because she could not afford the 1400 contract the sales representative talked her into purchasing. Again she is 85 and on social security. Still to this day it has not been cancelled. The regional person keeps stating he will take care of it but NO. Nothing. Then today Terminix charged her credit card again! As stated earlier she is on social security and can not afford it. My mom is sick to her stomach and has cried many times over the situation. Terminix keeps lying to me saying the situation will get handled and they will email me. Again silence. They continue to scam my mom out of money. Terminix will you please take care of the situation and keep your word and cancel the contract and return her money?

I am disappointed that Terminix has not kept records of my treatments from 2016-2018 when I had three treatments so that I can know what was done and if it really needs refreshing. Seems unprofessional.

I had a bug problem because it's East Texas. Terminex pops in and does their thing and pops out. They're not invasive and their poisons are very targeted. I haven't had any problems with communication. I noticed remarkable improvements within 2 or 3 days Price wise, they aren't too bad in my opinion. I've got a subscription with them and termite prevention is extra, but if you get them regardless they will treat the problem as well. It costs me less than car insurance

Horrible experience. Technician would never show up when he was supposed to. Every time he would leave we would schedule with him for the next two weeks and he would never show so we would call and have somebody come and then the technician told us we did not have to call to schedule that he already has it scheduled to come and it gets him in trouble when we call. And so we didn’t call and he once again did not show up for the appt HE scheduled. They also charged us again after our first 3 months were done and they wouldn’t give us a refund even though nobody had even come to spray at all for those next 3 months they charged us for, so we had no choice but to continue to use them and the technician still never showed up when he was scheduled we still always had to call terminex. Horrible experience.

This company is the biggest scam. They way overcharge for their services and then don’t even get rid of your problems. Bad service and definitely do not recommend giving them any of your money. Saw no difference in any of our insects with or without their services. Salesman will say all the right things to get you to sign up but leaves you high and dry. At least the service guy was nice and honest. He said “yeah you will always have these bugs there is no way around it.” Basically saying their treatment is not for prevention but dealing with it once you have them. I can get rid of the insects myself with way cheaper stuff from the store. Spend about 1/100th of the price they charge. If you value your money do not use Terminix.
