“We have used Trad's for a few years with great service and results up until the past 6 months. Their service has gone way down. They used to have great technicians that came out regularly and when we had an issue, they would advise us, treat it, and monitor it until the issue was resolved. They no longer provide this level of service and I would not recommend Trad’s to anyone. Due to their lackluster treatment of our lawn, we now have cinch bugs and their solution is to have us "re-sod part of our back yard." We cancelled our service with them today. Whoever answered the phone seemed very unconcerned and did not really question us as to why we were cancelling, so they are obviously not interested in our business nor are they concerned with the service their technicians are providing to their customers.”
