“LOVE their communication - always know when they’re coming, when they’ve arrived, when they’re finished, any issues/concerns addressed, and what the invoice is and how it will be handled (for us, it goes directly to a credit card). I never even have to see the technician, unless I want to, but can communicate by text or in person if I need to. If I ever DO have questions, they respond immediately, and always check in advance of the appt. to see if I have any specific concerns or requests for them to handle while they’re here (e.g., am I noticing any bugs INSIDE that need addressed). Their excellent communication allows me to get my animals pottied and back inside well before they get here. Just a great experience all around!”

“Glen always does an excellent job of explaining what he is doing, spraying for a particular pest etc. He explained a few things to me about dirt dobbers. I thought they were wasps. They are beneficial as they eat spiders, mosquitoes, etc...It has always been my pleasure to use Venus Pest Control since its inception. just a note, my name is Kathleen aka Kathy.
