“Mike was great !! I was replacing a deck and my contractor thought I had a bad termite problem. I called Waverly on Friday and the wonderful receptionist (whose name I cannot remember) was extremely helpful and responsive. I asked for someone to come look just as soon as possible and she scheduled me for the next day. Mike arrived ahead of schedule and told me I did not have termites; I had carpenter ants. He suggested I have the deck completed and then consider having some type of treatment and did not charge me a penny. He was Honest, Knowledgeable and Punctual... what more can you ask for? I will definitely use Waverly for any pest issues in the future. Great company!!”

“If we could get them to keep an appointment, that would be great! We've scheduled with them several times, no one comes. we then call and are apologized to profusely and guaranteed the owner will be here the next day! A week later, nothing!
