“I had a mice issue. I called around and got Hank with Why-U-Buggin Pest Control Company. I heard a nice southern voice on the other end whom was very friendly and up beat. I told him what was going on and ask his prices. I told Hank I would discuss with spouse and call him back. I called around to several companies and spoke with some nice people and some that woke up on the wrong side of bed. I did however receive a quote or two that was a little lower than Why-U-Buggin Pest Control but I quickly found out why. Why-U-Buggin offers you a 30 day guarantee on there services to there clients, if I see or have a problem they will come back out to address the issue, the other company I spoke with said NOPE NO GUARANTEE but trust us we do a good job. The difference in price was about two cups of coffee, I went with Hank and Why-U-Buggin Pest Control and not only did he do a fantastic job, I signed a annual contract with them where he comes out every three months for a great price. I am so glad I took the time to shop around and I feel good knowing I gave a local independent family business, my business.”

“I have to say this was not the first place we called when we determined we had a bed bug problem. I called a very well known company. However when they told me it would be six days before they could come and I could not wait that long. I decided to call "Why-u-buggin" I explained what I found and Hank said he could be here first thing the next morning. To save time and be prepared for the next morning he emailed me right away with instructions. It was awesome to feel like he really cared about helping us fix the problem quickly. Hank said it would be best to do three follow up appointments. With ten days in between each. He was very professional and called every eighth day to confirm when he would be coming.
