“I called in to set up a service and the woman on the phone was extremely rude, condescending, and tried to convince me that I didn't have a "real" problem (I suppose rat infestation isn't considered a problem for these guys. I'd hate to see what kind of standards they have in terms of quality control). Literally, my experience was something out of a movie - it was that bad and unreal. I called another pest control place and they were very polite, assured me that they could take care of the problem AND gave me advise on what I could do interim before they could head out there. So send your business elsewhere. This place is a joke.”
