“Horrible service! I bought a home in July and contacted Wrights Pest control to come and spray. When the technician (BJ) came I signed a contract for my home to be sprayed monthly. He sprayed my home and guaranteed their service. Two weeks later I was still seeing spiders so I called him back and he came out and sprayed for no charge. Two weeks after that I was STILL seeing spiders so I called him yet again but this time he didn't answer. I texted him, nothing. A few more weeks go by and I try to contact him again and get nothing. Months go by with no contact or technician coming to my home so I call the owner and he said he would talk to BJ and get back with me. 3 weeks go by and I have to call him back only for him to tell me he can't give me a refund or transfer my payment to another pest control agency. Mike Wright was very rude and very defensive. Bottom line, don't waste your money for horrible service and rude people. DO NOT USE WRIGHTS PEST CONTROL!”
