I would strongly recommend finding a more professional company to work with that stands behind there work and actually provides the services they are contracted to do. Their techs have skipped monthly services and done half jobs on multiple occasions and we tried to work with them to correct the problems, but they only seem to care about taking your money and not the problems you need resolved.
