“Zap Pest Control is AWESOME! I called them 6 mins before closing last night with what could definitely be considered a minor issue and they got right on the task of finding a tech to assist us. Their offices are located in Media, PA and our home is located in Bear, De. Their tech Matt arrived at our home shortly after 9:30 and not only did he remove our lil pest, but he did a THOROUGH inspection of our 3,000 plus square foot home!! Inside and out. I would suspect that most company's would have been annoyed with the request and even if they did come out to assist, would do the task with an attitude. Not Matt! He inspected, laid traps, and closed off the potential problem area. I couldn't be more pleased with this company's professionalism and friendliness. I also want to mention that I found this company through a google search of "emergency pest removal" close to 8:00 pm and out of the 4 company's that we called, they were the only company to pick up and assist us with our situation. We even have a quarterly pest contract with a company in our area that claims to have emergency service and they didn't even bother to respond.”

“We hire him for some damage around windows to which he treated as black ants problem. Also he treated our house for regular ants. In the end, the damage was a water related issue, and the regular ants came back after a week and a half. We contacted him and left messages for him to at least retreat the common ants but he never came back to us.”
