“Worse service ever. Their product never works. Be aware of the contract. They make you sign a year contract and say you can cancel it anytime if you are not satisfied. They provide horrible service with very bad product so they can keep coming back and make money. If you decide to cancel the service, that's when they will talk about the contract and cancellation fees.”

“We had an ant problem that wasn't resolved by Alexandre pest control. We then bought some ant traps and caulked the areas the ants were coming from and that took care of the problem. I just called Alexander Pest Control to cancel my next visit but was told that I had signed a contract for a year (which I was not aware of ) and that I still would have to pay for the service! Tacky!!!”
