“1) I received a call from their office 2 weeks ago, informing me a technician was at my house and asked if I could put my dog up. Since I had no knowledge of the appointment, nobody was home to do so. 2) Then I was told she would call me back to reschedule, but instead of a call, I received a bill for service. Shortly after I completed a survey for that "visit", I got a call back. 3) The rescheduled appointment was made for 8/25/18 btwn 12 and 2pm. I called that day to get confirmation that they were actually going to show up. I spoke to someone in the office at 1:44 pm. I let her know I had another obligation following that appointment and that was the reason I was calling to confirm. At 2pm, the technician was still not there and I had to go. I got a text from my 15 year old son at 2:45 pm saying the technician finally showed up. It was 95 degrees outside and my son was told he needed to sit outside for the next 3 to 4 hours because the technician sprayed the inside of the house without an adult present. 4) I called the office and of course nobody answered, so I left a message. I missed the return call with a voicemail that the manager would call me Sunday. By Tuesday, I still hadn't received a call back.”
