Bug House pricing was significantly less expensive for all the same services & more (regular indoor/outdoor spraying, termite prevention, flea control). They even dust the ceiling and window sills in my garage and the gutters/soffit. They’re a local company that focuses on customer satisfaction!”

“The following is my opinion and my truthful experience. About three years ago I found evidence of termites at my house. I called Bughouse pest control. The charged me to trench the wall where the infestation was and charged to put out Sentricon bait stations Early last year I noticed fresh mud in the holes where the infestation was. I called out bughouse. Their representative said it was not termites. I'm not sure if he was trying to escape liability or if he just didn't know what he was talking about. Now, I don't know of any insect that uses mud and eats wood besides termites. In October, they sent a bill for another year of service. I naturally declined because their service was not working for me. Then yesterday a full 3 months later, they came to my house and pulled up all the bait stations. This was not a loss, because in my experience the Sentricon stations didn't prevent infestation of my house. For this reason, I can not recommend Bughouse or Sentricon.”
