“We bought a house that had Terminix protection from White and Lavender which was purchased by the previous home owner. I was working in the yard one afternoon, and noticed all of our stations had been pulled up. We found the paperwork from the previous owner and, sure enough, the contract had expired. What really bothered me is that White and Lavander did not give us any notice that the contract was almost up or that they had even come by the house and pulled up the stations, leaving us with no termite protection. They made no effort to contact us or keep our business. I thought this was very unprofessional.”

“I had the “unique” experience of coming back from a trip abroad and finding an ant invasion in my car. I was driving back from Atlanta, and realized there was a major problem by the time I got to Macon (I am not a Macon resident, but pass through on my way home). I called White Lavender Pest Control to see if they could help—and they did. Mr. Windham was extremely kind and patient as I explained the situation. He sprayed my entire car and calmed my nerves about the ant problem. He was also quite generous and did not charge me for his services (he also didn’t ask for this review). I am beyond grateful to him for his time, his customer service, and his generosity. I had never heard of the company, but I HIGHLY recommend them for any pest control issues you may have.
