But the representatives wanted their day to be over with and didn't wait until the rain to end. So instead of waiting and rescheduling, they did it in the pretty heavy rain. Was promised a welcome package, never received it! But if you want to cancel because you don't see any results in treatment it will cost you (at least us) $170 to cancel. Seeing no results in our case was likely caused by the rain. But because they are professionals they should have come back during dry weather. During sign-up they said our costumers satisfaction is top priority. If we were not happy with the services, we could cancel with no additional fee and questions. Which both were a full LIE. The phone sales rep. of course tried to keep us by lowering the price and kept talking about, this can be the cause, that can be the cause. Once finally the sales rep. would stop with proposals of new rates. You have to pay $170 to cancel. Just go to Home Depot, Lowes or other household store and do it yourself for the fraction of the cost”
