“Used them to perform termite treatment on a new house. The performed the treatment before slab was laid and promised annual renewal. Did nto receive a notice so I called them to renew. they declined. First said not enough techs to do work, then said I should have called a month earlier, and their obligation to renew has expired. Owner would not talk on the phone, but was in the background instructing secretary what to say. Devious and unreliable. Am not even sure if they treated the slab in the first place (though the did get paid) since it was reported to us that builder was taking kick backs from contractors. Am back to ground zero and paying again”

“So I called to get a quote on getting my backyard sprayed for roaches....they came out in a very timely manner but it’s been 2 weeks and I still have roaches running around my sidewalk and grass! I called to tell them they needed to come back but I still have not heard from them and the receptionist could not confirm hat they would not charge me again! I paid for a service that did not work and you want to possibly charge me again???? Save yourself th hassle and call Builliot! They stand behind their work and you won’t s see a roach anywhere near your house!”
