“My current name is Sparks, I have called this office twice and asked that no one come spray my house unless someone is home, yet they continue to send someone out without an appointment to spray, most recently a technician came out to spray, he rang my doorbell and i told him through my ring doorbell system that no one was home and that i would call to schedule a appointment whenever i was ready for my home to be sprayed, he asked if i wanted him to spray the exterior since he was there or wait i told him to wait, i then received a bill for 60$ over the weekend to which I emailed the office telling them what happened and then my husbands credit card was charged for the bill, i called and spoke to the officer manager several times and instead of correcting the problem she tries to justify why i was charged even though I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE TECHNICIAN NOT TO SPRAY!!!! ???”
