Shane comes every 3 months to do spraying outside our house and we always get the text a couple days before letting us know and a text day of. He also always closes our gate and make sure its secure which we apperciate.

Stacey Bearden came to our home to help with some bugs we had seen. He right away went to work looking, explaining everything he was doing, and then began treatment. He was so respectful and kind! He was sweet to all our fur babies and even petted them to let them know he wasn’t going to hurt them; he was just here to help! 1000/10 recommend

They set me up month to month haven't showed up since MAY! Then show up September 27 and leave a sorry we missed you. Yes you missed me the bugs carried my house away because you never came back. Trying to get a refund. Oh yeah that doesn't work. They tried to tell me they don't refund services they provided. I said yeah but I signed up for a one-year contract and I haven't seen you guys since May and it's now September and no one's still here. The bugs have just recreated three more generations and there's no way I'm going to get rid of them like this. I had to take other measures and get another provider. I feel like I should get ALL my money back but nobody will return my emails OR CALLS. Nobody will return my phone calls just somebody randomly shows up 4 MONTHS LATER LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. They tried to charge me for services that they don't even do. And I'm just I'll never use them again. I don't even know how to get out of a contract but doesn't even matter they can only bill when they come out and apparently they never come out. I think that they violated their contract and I feel like nobody will get back to me or email me back or anything. I begged them to help took days off work 3 in a row no call no show month after month and then yesterday they leave a note like they been here. They are a SCAM!

Came back after a few years of using them. At first they were great. But over time the technician started arriving either very late outside of their estimated arrival or they didn’t show up at all. Our “contract” states we have to have services a minimum of once a month. So when they schedule our services at the end of the month and don’t show, it throws everything off. The first technician was never very thorough. In and out in 5 mins. The second one was great. He took his time and covered every inch of our house with our concerns. Both of those technicians left for some reason and after being stood up TWICE in two consecutive months, the manager had to drive an hour to our house because no one else showed or rescheduled.

I received a visit from my Orkin representative today and was thoroughly please with the atmosphere he came through the door with and left with. When I answered the door he introduced himself and there was a smile on his face. He was ready to do the work that was required of him. After finishing his task and answering all questions I asked of him he was on his way to another job. I was thoroughly satisfied with our visit today.

Charged for a service that was never completed. Two weeks of trying to speak to someone In management to help resolve the issue without a phone call. Kim and Angelica both state a manager will reach out but never happens. Ended up canceling the service. No complaints for at least a year however, if there’s an issue I wouldn’t expect to get it resolved.
