Would not recommend. Sales rep Andrew was very thorough, and pointed out all of his concerns with inspection. Huge price was quoted I could not afford. We had more problems than I could afford to address currently but I agreed to address spiders for now due to me being edgy about service anyway. I spoke to Andrew at initial visit about bad reviews online for following through with subsequent visits, he addressed concerns with reviews and said several people had been fired within the company in recent weeks. I wish I would have just not gave benefit of the doubt and never let them come out. I agreed to do the $140 first spray for spiders since Andrew told me if we seen spiders between visits they would come back out free of charge. 2 weeks went by and we was still seeing spiders so I text Andrew and he has not responded about coming back out to spray. Besides Andrew not following through with his word, it seems like there’s also a big issue with communication and continuity. Andrew was the sales guy, the guy who came out to spray said he only did initial visits for spraying and that someone completely different would come back next time. I’m not the type to usually leave reviews but I was completely disappointed. If your an “average joe” this company isn’t for you.

Andrew was our first encounter with the Orkin company and I enjoyed his direct feedback about the service he came out for. Right away he stepped into searching for the problem of our home and was able to give an immediate solution to the source of the issue. Interesting to see the last 3 reviews are all 1 star. Guess I have to add to it. Had someone scheduled to come spray the inside of my house. Waited at my house all day and no one came. Called Orkin and they rescheduled it for the next Tuesday, once again waited all day for a tech to come again and another no show and no call. I call again asking what happened and they say “can you do Thursday?” Cancelled my services after that. Not rescheduling for a THIRD TIME when no one could even contact me the first two times saying that the tech wouldn’t be able to make it. Best part at the end they said a manager would reach out to me since I was canceling my services. Never got an email or a call about that as well so figures as much. The actual techs have always been nice but I don’t know what the heck is going on with their scheduling cause they need an insane overhaul on that.

Very rude, initial call to try and get someone down was great, the lady I called was very nice, unfortunately they couldn’t get back to me for a couple days and with a roach and spider infestation I couldn’t wait that long so I did the job myself. When they finally got back to me I explained and received a smarta** comment back and he proceeded to hang up. Will not ever be calling again in the future or using the service if the roaches ever return, customer service should always be priority. Do better.

Orkin is a company that is well known, however, after the initial service with them and a five-year contract I won't be using them again. The sales representative was easy to talk to, but that's where it all ends. The installation was not as agreed. Three separate people were involved including the project manager, installation technician, and the customer representative team. Two weeks after install there has only been communication on my part just to get ghosted again. For anyone wondering, yes, I had three scheduled corrective appointments with Orkin. No one attended except for me, and that is because my home is where the appointments were set up. I rate them lower, but they were quick to get paid and that meant they had to show up the first time...should have been the last.

I highly regret allowing them into my home from the moment the technician came out from under my house I was lied to about the condition of the termite damage. Hiring Orkin costed me more money due to having to hire a contractor to come out and complete the work I had paid Orkin to already complete total scam artist. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company like the plague!!!!
