I've been dealing with a pretty frustrating issue and I've been unsuccessful in getting a pest control company to come out and give me service. I reached out to Orkin and they were there the next day. My technician, Myles, is amazing! Pest issues are frustrating and traumatizing for some people. I think anyone working in extermination, should be patient and compassionate. That's Myles. He was absolutely built to do what he's doing. From the moment he reached out, he's been stellar. He's super professional and communicative. He texted me the day before my appointment to let me know that I'm on his schedule and to inform me of his anticipated arrival time. He arrived on time and he honored my wishes. He was empathetic and understanding of my fears and concerns. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. Unfortunately, I won't divulge details about my service but to say the very least, it was beautiful experience! 10/10 highly recommend.

I switched from another pest control company in 2022 to Orkin due to lack of communication, not keeping scheduled appointments, etc. Orkin, especially Danny Camacho are the total opposite. He is always on time, let me know when has arrived and when the exterior service has been completed. No more spiders inside either!!! This company is such a refreshing change with great customer service and a pleasant tech.

And I am able to request additional service at no additional charge in between two scheduled services if I am concerned. The technician has always been polite and helpful. Fast and friendly service. Michael is always extremely professional, nice, and he does a thorough job. I had a really bad flea infestation from the dozens of feral cats in my neighborhood. I don't even own any pets! The fleas got inside my house and all it took was one call to Orkin to eliminate them. The fleas came back but after a second treatment, they were finally gone. It's also very nice not to have spiders and spider webs around the entrances to my house. I am also very happy at how affordable Orkin really was! I wasted so much time and money trying to get rid of the fleas myself because I thought that Orkin might be too expensive. But it wasn't. I should have called them a long time ago. If you have a flea problem or any other issues with pets or rodents, they check for those too and treat them, don't hesitate to give Orkin a call! They always give you advance notice when your appointment is about to happen and they call you the day before to let you know that they'll be coming out and also the time. They are so good at following up! I highly recommend them!

I’d like to start with the customer representative who scheduled the appointment. I am so sorry I do not remember her name, but she was so kind, laid back but also saved us some $ on the bimonthly service that we know we need. The visit was scheduled for the next day - Mike was excellent! Patient, thorough and informative. We live in the Oakland Hills, surrounded by critters of all kinds. In less than 2 hours, the exterior was treated and plans for the follow up appointment was made. Thank you for all your help.

Warning, do not go to this company. Worst service in the Bay area made several appointments. No one showed up. I got text that they would be arriving. And no one showed up dozens, sometimes and missed work because of it. I even called the company to confirm that the agent was coming and no one showed up. And I missed work. I've been waiting for A Refund for 2 weeks. Nobody's there to help, no manager. Orkin is one of the worst companies on the planet. Negative stars don't go here big scam! Shame on them for being such a horrible company!
