My first treatment so I can’t say how effective it is yet. But my technician Sly was very helpful in giving me information and answering my questions. He seemed to have a lot of knowledge about bugs and that was reassuring. And the pricing is a bit less than a service that I used in the past. Those people did not treat inside every time like Orkin does and I don’t think those people knew much about bugs. So, yes, great so far!

Every single person I have dealt with at Orkin has been amazing. Chris, Who came out to the house a couple of times to assess our various needs, knew everything I needed to have answered. For questions that needed to get taken up to the boss level, I got almost immediate responses from the office. They assigned the most wonderful young lady, Megan as the person that comes out to my house and takes care of everything every month. You couldn’t ask for a nicer more patient, more punctual, or smarter and helpful person than her. She’s even helped me be a lot less nervous around some of the pests that we’re dealing with because she’s just that kind and helpful. These people are doing just the hardest job in the nicest, friendliest, most efficient and cost-effective way I can imagine. I could go on and on, but I won’t… this should be enough. Just call Orkin.
