Bryan was great. I had a bee infestation inside my back steps and in my basement. We live out in the middle of nowhere and when he arrived it was too late to do the outside but he came in and took care of my basement. He promptly came back the next morning and took care of the steps. He kept in touch and decided that he needed to come back and re treat the steps. I was not home the second time but he finished off all the bees and even looked at my grill to make sure they weren’t nesting in there as well. And took a pic of the grill and sent it to me at work. Overall a great experience. Will recommend them again for bee removal.
